Based on the success of his best-selling book, the Motorcycle Industry Council selected Gary to serve as their rider/writer on the Cannon Ball Centennial Ride, an 11-plus day tour tracing the route of the first trans-continental motorcycle ride. Joining some of the nation's most notable motorcyclists, Gary chronicled the epic journey in daily videos and an online journal.
